I replied back that the response was, "lazy", and never heard back. I put in a support ticket just 2 days ago for a little "bug" of an issue the response I got back was nonsensical and brief, as if the person who sent the reply just didn't care or, didn't feel like troubleshooting the issue. To be clear, DW WILL RUN on Catalina, and it can still fix HFS+ directories (secondary or external drives) but it cannot even talk to APFS much less fix it.
